This wiki is so dead, I wish I had friends who were interested in WW2

Does anyone know anything about this cap badge?? I know it's soviet but I can't find any info on what era it's from or what it stands for. The oak leaves make me think of Germany... Nothing comes up that looks like this badge when I search it up. Maybe it was a really secret organization, it looks like there's a magnifying glass on it which could mean it's for something secret like spying?

And I also have this cap. I believe it is maybe British? It looks a lot like RAF caps, but it's missing the badge and there's no label that shows the maker. The buttons have a crown in them which looks very British to me. both of these items I don't know if they are from WW2 or after. the soviet badge I found in my great grandpa's basement, and the cap I got for 3 bucks at the thrift store. it smells very vintage.

I am especially into Germany. (I don't support their ideology of course) Their uniforms were so cool. I like to collect stuff from ww2 and I have a gas mask, uniforms, and random stuff.
