The RKKA (Russian: Workers' and Peasants' Red Army) commonly known simply as the Red Army was the land forces of the of the USSR from the end of World War I until the 1990s (later called the Soviet Army). During WWII, it was a major force that helped separate German resources to make progress on both fronts easier. There is no official insignia of the Red Army, except for unofficial banners. The Red Army's battle cry is Ura, like US Marines.
