This page lists what the World War II Wiki is not and this page is meant to help users understand some guidelines. The World War II wiki is not....
A random conversation forum[]
The WWII Wiki is not a place to comment on how things look useless, are ugly, etc. It is a place to learn about World War II and hold conversations about history. That means that conversations related to WWII in some way are welcome in the forums, not conversations about modern times. These discussions are usually interesting, teach people information, and help grow the community. However, discussions or article comments about video games, movies, etc. are not accepted unless for example they are about movies produced during World War II or relate in some other significant way.
A perfect encyclopedia[]
The World War II Wiki tries to be the best source for WWII information, but our editors aren't perfect and will make mistakes. So don't be afraid to edit if you see a mistake. Any mistakes found in text that are corrected is a huge help as editors can not always spend too much time spotting every single error.
A list of spam[]
The World War II Wiki is not a place to spam endlessly to other users saying they should leave the wiki and join their website. Any spam will be removed as it is annoying and disruptive.
A “flame war battle zone"[]
This wiki is not meant for rude, insulting, or angry discussions between users. Nor is it a place where people just post their opinions into articles.
