The Wyoming-class battleship is a battleship of the US Navy during World War II, the first ships of this class is the Wyoming and commissioned on September 25,1912.

World War I[]
Following the declaration of war on April 6,1917 the Atlantic Fleet sent Battleship Division Nine, which included the battleships Delaware, Florida, New York, and Wyoming on November 25,1917, to help support the Royal Navy. This Battleship Division arrived in Scapa Flow on December 7, 1917. After the arrival of the Battleship Division and welcomed by Admiral Betty and the British Grand Fleet, they were reorganized as the Sixth Battle Squadron.
